At Becky's Back to Basics, we believe that balance is the key to a healthy, happy life. That's why we're introducing a weekend of finding balance through information, education, connection, communication, and fun. We'll explore how to achieve balance in your life, from your physical health to your mental well-being. The skills you will acquire will help you on your health journey, calm your mind, and create balance in your life.
We will create a different perspective on how to meet your objectives by practicing positive communication, breath work, wellness activities, arts and crafts, journaling, and developing skills that you can use in your day-to-day life to help create balance. This unique approach will provide you with new ways to think about and achieve your goals.
At Becky's Back to Basics, we have a unique way of helping you find your balance. Though years of education in many different modalities it has giving Becky a unique perspective while having the privilege of working with both the horse and human clients. With this Becky can help you find the balance that you are looking for and the skills to integrate them in you day to day life.
Our facility is located on 160 acres of pristine wilderness. The rolling hills, meandering rivers, and secluded valleys provide the perfect setting for unplugging and reconnecting with nature and yourself. You can bring your trailer, tent, or camper and stay overnight. Meals and activities will be provided, and you will have access to a round house and nature trails.
The arrival is scheduled for Friday evening. Upon arrival, attendees can set up their campsite and spend the evening getting to know each other and beginning the journey to finding their balance. Saturday and Sunday are filled with a variety of activities, discussions, and downtime for attendees to process and absorb the skills and information they learn.
